For hygienic reasons dogs are not allowed to enter the dining room and the rooms.
However, it is possible to serve lunch to the owners at the bar.
It is also possible to reserve a dog-friendly room checking availability in advance.
An extra cost of € 10.00 will be applied to sanitize the room

Why do we ask for a deposit?
Online management of reservations with confirmation through deposit helps us in arranging everything more smoothly. Being certain about the number of expected guests allows us to plan ahead with supplies, reducing waste to a minimum. Thanks to this system we’re also able to guarantee the availability of beds for everyone and avoid using emergency accommodation.
Terms and conditions
The advance deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Reservations lacking the deposit will not be considered.
The payment of the deposit is necessary to confirm the booking. At the time of booking, the required deposit must be paid.
To complete the booking, a flat payment of €1.00 is required to cover service costs.
In compliance with the General guidelines for mountain inns by the Italian Alpine Club, the reservation remains valid until 6 p.m. of the expected day of arrival.
Any delay will have to be communicated as soon as possible.
Advance deposit refund
The deposit follows the directives dictated by the italian laws: it will not be refunded by customer choice.
However, if you notify us in advance that you will not come, and at our discretion, it possible to move your reservation.
If we cannot guarantee the service, you have the right to ask for a refund up to double the deposit.
Payment method
The deposit can be paid only online on our website https://www.rifugiogalassi.it. The guest will be able to pick his payment gateway of choice. Wire transfer payments are not accepted, unless we explicitly ask for one.
Receipt
A receipt will be produced by the payment gateway and will be sent to the guest via email. Once the transaction takes place, our system automatically confirms the reservation and no further communication will come from us. If the need to verify the status of the transaction arises, just try opening the payment request again. If the transaction went through, a confirmation message will appear and the payment options won’t be available any longer.
